I just finished reading the exceptional Marvel Universe vs The Punisher by Johnathon Maberry and Goran Parlov. And loved it. This also goes partway to show how far behind I’m on my reading because this came out in 2010 published by, of course , @marvel . It’s a short tight well crafted tail of an alternate marvel reality where a mystery virus turns the majority of humanity into crazed living cannibals! Leaving Frank Castle aka The Punisher in a Mathesonesque last surviving human struggle to wipe out the crazed murderous former heroes and villains…and everyone! Until he discovers some signs of life and then his reality flips! Fantastic and really enjoyed it.
