V. I. Warshawski reaches 40!

So I recently finished Sara Paretsky’s debut novel, Indemnity Only, book one of the Vi I “don’t call me Vicki!” Wars hawaii novels…which is another book I’ve kept old of for years and finally gotten round to reading! It was a blast and a great debut. Even though it was written in 1982 it felt fresh, strong and as original as if it debuted in 2022! Yikes! Happy 40th anniversary! If you’re looking for something different and you’re into detective fiction look up Sara Paretsky’s novels and give them a go!
